This gym changed my life! I'm stronger healthier and have met some of the best people. Everyone is so supportive of each other. You just want to keep progressing and you can at your own pace. I love it here! Never had this experience anywhere else!

El Jefe Crossfit is literally so perfect that people have to make fake profiles in order to give it a 1 star rating anonymously. They are too embarrassed for people to know it was them that gave such an appalling review they must remain in secrecy. They probably can't even look themselves in the mirror while brushing their teeth. This place is THE place to be
An amazing group of people to work out with whether you are a beginner or more experienced cross fitter.
Been going here since Jan 15 and I feel great, sore in so many places but it feels good. The staff here is awesome they keep you motivated during and after the workout. They make you wanna come back for more.... thx
I dropped in here from out of town. Very friendly community and attentive, thoughtful coaches. Beautiful facility and plenty of class times as well as open gym times to choose from!
I started with the women's crossfit challenge, and was extremely nervous being that I've not been athletic since high school. But now my third week into the challenge I'm addicted, I can't wait to get back to class. The class schedules work great with classes as early as 5:30 am. At El Jefe everyone cheers for you, best gym ever.
This place is where it's at people! Greatness from the owners, coaches & fellow fitness peers in every level that support each other and will push you to CHASE YOUR GREATNESS!
After the first day I was hooked ! Loving it ! Feels like home !
