If you are looking for a gym where working out is literally like playing well this is your gym. I look forward to the workouts because they are fun and the coaches are excellent. I never feel like am being pushed to anything I am unable to do but instead I am motivated to do my very best. All the coaches and staff are awesome and make you feel welcomed. I love this place and can't say enough on how it has helped me in as little as two months.
For just jumping into a 6 week challenge without doing anything near crossfit, I love it! This gym taken me far from my comfort zone and I couldn't be more thankful for the strength and confidence boost! I never imagined I would be lifting barbells over my head or cleaning 103# only after 2 months of starting! I love this gym and I can't wait to see what more trouble I can get into!

This gym is fun, energetic ,and has a supportive and educated group of instructors. The variety of work outs and classes offered are fantastic and push you to your limit and beyond! I Love it!

I am a little more than halfway through my free month thanks to my daughter Stephanie Eaton. This has been one of the hardest three weeks of my lifelong workout journey. The gym is awesome and everyone is so supportive and come along side of you cheering you on when you think you have nothing left inside. thank you Kim Hill for your support and encouragement.
