I joined this gym not knowing a thing about crossfit and was moderately intimidated to put it lightly...BUT the entire coaching staff and seasoned athletes embraced, encouraged, and supported me...i can now say, without a doubt, this place is my church because of them!
After having two bad experiences with crossfit gyms, I was really skeptical about joining another. The first owners were only interested in the sister gym that made them money, while the owner of the other gym was an egocentric narcissistic jerk (from my experience).
