The level of energy in this place is insane, the coaching staff is sincerely focused on improving us as athletes and competitors, and the amount of support from fellow athletes is beyond measure. Many people laugh when you say "safe space", but I feel more comfortable here than I have at any any other gym. Women here lift each other up, rather than tearing each other down.
