By far the best cross fit gym I have experienced. The members and coaches make you feel like family. I would highly recommend it.

I am glad that I found this place. The coaches have been wonderful in getting me through my beginner jitters. Each person in the class are watched by the coaches to ensure correct movements for safety. Huge plus is each week I'm watching my body transform to the athlete I once was. Love it here!
This box has superb coaching staff, well planned programming, and a fun supportive environment. This is a place for all fitness levels and they take care of new folks, so don't be afraid to stop in and try it out.
