Pool area is always a great time! Had some issues with a wet floor. It appeared as is the AC was leaking inside the wall. We reported it the first night and no one ever came to check it. The next morning the wet carpet area had spread. We reported it again that afternoon and while they did offer to move us, it seemed like too much of a hassle since we would be checking out the next morning. Me and my family was there for my granddaughters birthday i enjoy my stay there
I HATE attending anything at this hotel. It takes an HOUR to exit the parking garage after an event. They don't have their act together and you cannot get out of the gArage in a timely manner with alone cashier system. And the staff could care less
The service from the staff was top-notch. The property was very clean and well laid out. Plenty of dining options and all of them exceeded my expectations. Don't forget to bring a bathing suit, this hotel has the best pool deck in Orlando .

No housekeeping came to our room despite 2 in person requd2ts, a text message and a call to the front desk. The towels were stiff, i had to rinse the shampoo out of my hair with the tub faucet because the water pressure wasn't strong enough. I did not ha e a four star experience.
We booked 2 rooms for the weekend. Great pool for the kids and family vacation. Bar service was great. Sebastian was very helpful and courteous. The lazy river is amazing.
