We stayed here while on vacation for my son's 4th birthday and we absolutely loved it!
I had a great time! Very nice people very clean rooms.
I was enjoying myself until I went and ordered food at the market place and saw a roach crawling in the food display COOLER....YUCK!!!!
Love this place. The lazy river is so relaxing it's a great place to take the family and just enjoy the day at the resort nothing is overpriced no need to even leave to go out and eat great food great hospitality very clean
NOT what I remembered from 4 years ago. Place is outdated, overpriced, and basically CRAP. The only thing I would give 5 stars towards is the customer service.
We stayed at this hilton this weekend and I have to say the experience was Amazing!! Incredible customer services & attention to details!! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and the Hilton made our weekend even more special. They sent to our room a bottle of Champagne with some sweets compliments of the Hotel. Totally unexpected and such a wonderful surprise for us!! Big thank you to Jessica and Lindsey from customer service for the gesture.
