I’m upset that we can’t get our room refunded due to a cancelled event in Columbus. Terrible customer service to not be understanding during this time and all that is going on with coronavirus.
RecommendedJust came back from a 4 night stay. It was a wonderful experience. Shuttle service within a two mile radius. Never waited longer than ten minutes for a pick up. The pools were beautifully maintained as are the magnificent grounds. I complimented the grounds keepers on their expertise. Had a ground floor room which was nice and house keeping does a great job.
