The spa was excellent! Best that I have ever been to. Staff was also excellent. All were pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The beds were little too firm for my liking.
Very nice, spendy in the food and drink department and hidden fees, room tax, pay to park...
Parking sucks, way too much construction going on. Conference center is on the other side of the property with no parking
Love the quiet pool. Great customer service, changing our double to a king. My 6'6" husband was especially appreciative.
Worst hotel stay experience EVER! The only amenity at this property was the laundry room. The staff was very inept. Not to mention the fact that our booking was screwed up from the get go. Additionally, parking was hard to find and the place was over run by various teen groups that were not chaperoned. Overall, I felt our stay here sucked.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. Great resort with a lot to offer and centrally located to all the tourist attractions in Orlando. Also very good customer service. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Orlando.
A large group came in late one night while we were there and several of the men where drunk and acting inappropriately. I was concerned for our safety and upset that the hotel would allow this to go on.
Wonderful stay, hotel manager was kind and picked up our lunch and cocktails.
Lovely property, family fun with the lazy river, fire pit including s’mores packages for pick-up, affordable restaurants, clean, hospitable staff.
