Best experience I've ever had at a hotel. The service is definitely world class and prove the customers are always first.
El 50% del hotel estaba en obra, no había quien te asistiera con el equipaje, en la recepción, a pesar de estar publicado en la página q hablaban todos los idiomas, no había nadie q hablara castellano, cobraban entre uss 8 a 10 por paquete recibido y en la pagina no está publicado, y en el bar me cambiaron la tarjeta de crédito con otra persona!!
Beautiful hotel...poor service. We arrived to learn a large group was finishing up a meeting and that group occupied the restaurant and bar and general lobby area. This made it impossible to enjoy a meal with the level of noise they made. We were forced to order room service and it took almost 2 hrs to deliver our horribly overpriced meal.
No complaints really- great for kids- which is great for parents. It was the pool that made it great. Wish they'd keep the big slide open later because it was really nice to be able to relax at the pool up till 11:00 pm after running around all day doing Orlando stuff- the lazy river was my favorite - but the slide being closed early caused a bit of drama when our kids actually wanted to LEAVE Universal Studios EARLY to get back to the hotel before they closed the slide at 8:00pm. Stayed for a week for Ulta GMC 2017 and the staff treated us like royalty. Service was A+, cleanliness A+, pool is absolutely beautiful. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Just finished my first Ulta GMC and it was amazing here!❤️❤️Special thanks to Phillip Morris for being extra helpful and attentive to our district! He's the best! Only downside was a cold shower one morning but it got me up and going so I didn't mind too much! They were really accommodating to the 1,700 of us!
My friends booked the hotel and I when arrived I was so impressed! #LAZYRIVER
All I can say we had a wonderful time need some improvement on wifi.
