great location cleanliness
Customer service is top notch. Meghan went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable; and even ensured a bag was placed in the room to celebrate James birthday. The only thing that wasn't so great, was the breakfast should be included with the stay -- $12 for what's provided is a little overpriced, especially when you can eat at IHOP or Denny's in the area (walking distance or a very short drive).

The front desk, concierge service, house keeping,Spencer’s restaurant and the Bistro were exceptional! Very accommodating and kind!! They deserve 5 stars!!! The waitress at the pool lacked any customer service at all. After finally tracking our waitttess down she did the bare minimum and we never saw her again. 4 of us were at the pool 7 hours!! Awesome! Great pools. Service good!
Absolutely atrocious service if you want want something to eat. We waited just over 30 mins in line to order food, service was so slow we couldn’t even order from the menu we wanted as the kitchen closed while we were waiting. Then we waited another 40 minutes for pizza from the late night menu and it’s so hard we can hardly bite into it. So disappointed given what I was led to believe from a Hilton.
