Love this hotel so much!!! Truly all around great staff and Tim at the bell desk is just amazing! Recognizes me every time I stay! Valet team took great care of my new car and view from 16th floor was incredible! I will be back!

All the staff were very nice. Different pool areas were a big hit with the kids especially the lazy river and water slide. Great views of Orlando from every window. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic experience for a weekend stay. Excellent mini water park. Best lazy river I have been on in Florida. Kids loved the slide. Food at the poolside bar n grill was good. Smores were a nice touch for the kids at night. Service was excellent and very non-obtrusive. They did car b.c. n us walking in, but let us stay for the remainder of the day after checkout. Top class customer service policy there. We will be back I do wish you had lockers in the pool area to rent. Nervous laying valuables around the chair.
