Beautiful hotel and excellent service. No need to even venture out, as sitting poolside was enough for us.
We had an amazing weekend! The pool/lazy river was fun! The front desk esp. Wein was very helpful. He made us feel so welcome & made sure that we know every single thing about the amenities. Hilton Orlando is a paradise!
We love our staycations here. The staff are professional, attentive, and take care of your every need. It is the perfect weekend get away. Reasonably priced for all the amenities and fun you can have without ever leaving the property. We highly recommend staying here.
We stayed for 2 nights the service was absolutely amazing staff went out of thier way to make sure you were happy and had everyrhing you needed. The rooms were clean and comfy and beautiful, the pool area was awesome a great place for parents and kids with a beautiful view. I will absolutely be returning thank you for the excellent service and a wonderful stay, i will be recommending this hotel to all my friends. 5 stars one of the best hotel experiences i have had 2 thumbs up!!
Our room was nice, close to the pool and easy to get to the parking lot. Staff were very friendly check in was easy I did it on my mobile app. And I had a personal concierge's texting me to make sure my stay was Pleasant.
Second time here for work and it has been fantastic! Great staff, food and accommodations.

I am here for a hair show, and when I came back to my room after a long day of work on the first day out of four days my hair extensions value $300 were missing from my room. I've tried and tried and tried to call and left messages and gone down to concierge and I haven't gotten a reply and now my hair extensions are gone.... Hide your valuables. Don't let housekeeping in your room
Lovely hotel. But you guys should really rethink charging for parking. You really are charging people to park their cars at a place they wanted to spend money on and stay a couple nights, so your thank you is charging them for parking. Just seems ridiculous. Everything else was wonderful. The pool. The rooms. The room service. The people. The spa. Just loose points for charging customers for parking.
