Svetlana Mc What a great HIlton resort , upscaled , clean , fun lazy river , many recreations for kids ,2 fire pit ( we roasted our marshmallows ) 4 restaurant , 2 bars , 1 coffee shop , SPA of cause great Valet ! We coming back ! since we have our annual passes to them parks ! the location is close to See World , in just 10 min to Universal and 15 min to Magic Kingdom

first time staying here and i loved it! However, when housekeeping came they "forgot" to supply us with washcloths. Okay no big deal. This morning as i went to check out i noticed an associate at the front desk with nobody in line (wish i would have gotten her name) so i approached her said "good morning may i give you my keys to check out?" never once was acknowledged or even looked at, see as though whatever was on the computer screen was much to important to even say hi, bye or even thank you. Stayed here for a conference, well can't really say stayed, as I was put into the living room part of a suite with a sofa bed next to a conference table. Last time I did that was when I was at high school staying at a friend. This is not a hotel room..., no advanced warning (I could have booked a different hotel), no negotiation. On top I'm a HHonors member but that does not seem to count... How will they deal with other guests ... Disgusting Will never be back and will block Hilton's going forward
