Staff is courteous. My room was upgraded to suit being member of HHonors. Despite busy and full day, my request for little extra time to check out, they were able to honor my request. I was there for conference so had no time for fun activities. O e thing they need to add is some chairs/ sofas outside of conference hall Florida——.when needed some break in between , there was nothing I can relax on. Walking to my room was a long walk so no time to go and relax there. Overall, positive experience.
The service was fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves.
