Welcome, I was a checkpoint in the hotel 2 nights on 22 November and I leave on 24 November and paid the full reservation from Egypt and I came to the hotel to stay and said the motel has to pay the resort and swimming pool on the day 28 $ is the total 56 and did not use the resort and swimming pool paid $ 100 and told me when leaving At the time of departure, the employee at the reception answered the rest of the account. She said, within three days, we will refund it to your visa account.
This place is PHENOMENAL. The steaks at Spencer’s are to die for! Customer service excellent. Everything was just wonderful!

Great updated hotel , very clean and excellent service staff and customer service. Dinner and ambience at orange ballroom during our office holiday party was outstanding.
Wrote this review and they “hid” it where only I could see it and no one else could. Haha! My friends and family said it wasn’t visible to anyone else but me. So disappointed in their customer service. Such a joke.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service and food were both exceptional.
Hilton Orlando was great. Room was clean. Staff was attentive and accommodating.
