My experience was fantastic. Edgebrook is one of the last full services bike shops with skilled sales and service help.
They do have good customer service and knowledge of their products.
I felt like the experience was tailored to my needs and price range.
Great shop to find all kinds of interesting and needed doo-dads & knick-knacks for your bicycle.

My cousin bought a bike from this shop last year and recommended me buying one from there
They have a great selection of bikes and accessories and a very helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable and have a large inventory of parts on hand. I am fairly hands on but I like to have a good service department I can go to when an issue is over my head. I went there after bouncing around from one bike shop to another in the area having issues get only partially resolved or poorly done.
