Great location with experienced bike technicians. A little pricey so always ask upfront for the expected cost of the repairs. However the work is always good
Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly staff. I recently purchased some brakes that ended up not clearing the fenders on the bike, and they made the return pain-free (which isn't always a given these days). I highly recommend them for both buying parts and for performing service.
I've been buying all our family bikes here for the last 25+ years. All have great bikes, reasonably priced. Service has been quick, often free or for nominal cost for little stuff like brake adjustments, etc. Just bought a tandem two days ago and they were very helpful in correcting a problem with its fit. Great selection, sensible advice. Great neighborhood resource, all at the head of a 20 mile bike trail!
