I was in this shop on Saturday to get my bike fixed. I was hesitant to go here after reading some of the other reviews, but a friend recommended it so we went after our ride. The store was fairly busy, but then again it was a Saturday so I guess I shouldn't complain about waiting a few minutes for service. They have a service entrance on the side of the building that made getting my bike in the store pretty easy. They fixed my bike much faster than I expected and were very welcoming on my pick up visit.
Informative staff, comfortable environment, feels great to stay and shop local, and still get exactly what we want. We'll be back.
The woman who assisted me was very knowledgable and helpful.
I've always had great service here. I'm not expecting the employees to treat me like their best friend and I've never tried to jack the store for some free service. I just expect good work done on my bike and that's what I always get.

I purchased one of their rental bikes late spring. I was pleased with the price and the service I received. They have an excellent parts selection (better than I have seen at more well know places such as Higher Gear and Turin, both of which I like and patronize).
The service was prompt and courteous.
