The experience was good. They were able to replace the innertubes on 2 of my bikes in 2 hours.

Knowledgable and friendly staff – This is one of the last good bike shops in the city, most of the other ones have all become trendy centers for wannabees. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, they have the best repair staff in the business, and they have a great selection of moderately priced bikes. I have been cycling for 40 years and I have been coming here for about 15 years. Street parking is sometimes a problem, but there is a lot behind the building that you can use. Holy Crap the reviews of this place scared me! I had read reviews of this place and seriously, i thought the devil was working here. I had a blow out on the trail and, of course, hadn't brought my spare so google tells me Edgebrook Cycle (EC). is the nearest place. i swear i looked in the windows for a few minutes before i went in, just in case! so after i figured out the 'side door' thing, which is actually really nice bc i don't have to schlep my bike through the whole store, and they have this grassy knoll outside for tak... read more

they were very nice to me and honest about what sort of bike i'd need for long distance and winter. big selection of bikes to choose from too which is making my decision harder when it comes to what i want! my questions were all answered as well without any attitude. my dad dropped off the tandem bicycle we've owned for 15 years or so for a chain that keeps coming off, basic tuneup, and to replace the front wheel rim. supposed to pick it up today.

I've been going here for years, and always get good service. They are a family run business which has been around for years. You may pay a little more for a tuneup, but they will never try to sell you something you don't need. They are closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, so plan accordingly.
