I've been going here for years, and always get good service. They are a family run business which has been around for years. You may pay a little more for a tuneup, but they will never try to sell you something you don't need.

I met my friend Jeff at Caldwell woods for a bike ride up to the Botanic Garden. When I arrived all ready to ride, I noticed that I did not place the front wheel in my car. I called the shop and was greeted by Mary on the phone. She told me to come on over as they could rent me a wheel for my road bike. The rental fee was nominal, left my credit card with them and got my ride in. good selection of bikes and a nice Moltini jersey on display as well. Highly recommend this shop if you are passing through or live in town.

From someone who works a lot, I appreciate the convenient hours at this location. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was satisfied. I desperately needed a tune up on my one speed bicycle. Jim (The young tall hot guy with black hair) answered all my questions with cordial responses of detailed explanations. I have purchased bicycles from all over. Despite my bias opinion on Jim's hotness. The professionalism and politeness is a 10/10. This bike shop is my # 1 pick. =-). These guys do everything they can to keep me on the road. I dont have a car and use my bike to commute to work, so they work really hard to get it done fast. Last month I was hit by a car no more than a week after picking up a new bike, and they fixed the damage for FREE. I'm currently looking for a new apartment but I dont want to move far from this place.

stopped in with my jogging stroller with a flat tire and two small kids in tow, and they not only let me use their pump, they also helped me fix an issue with my stroller at no cost. I was very impressed with their service, and plan to go there again.
