the prices were what i would expect anywhere, and the people were quite nice.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Reading through some of the poor reviews, I wonder whether I walked in to the same place as they did. Stopping by recently I was greeted by a woman behind the counter who was happy to help show me some accessories, responded to my request for info on home maintenance and tools with ease and made some great recommendations. The two guys working in the shop area were friendly, and one of them gladly came 'out' to swap on the new saddle I bought. This is one of the last good bike shops in the city, most of the other ones have all become trendy centers for wannabees. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, they have the best repair staff in the business, and they have a great selection of moderately priced bikes. I have been cycling for 40 years and I have been coming here for about 15 years.
I dropped in there because I had a flat and also figured I might as well get a tune up on my bike. The guy working there was extremely nice and helpful. Also asked about a few products. Again very helpful. He offered to do the repair and tune up while I waited, but I had other things to get done so left it with him. Finished it the next day. I rode my bike out of there. Very friendly staff!!! They helped me with my bike. Needed handle bars, kick stand and seat. They also installed too. They got everything you need for your bike repairs. Price wasn't too bad either. They also tune up your bike and will check it for you and let you know if you need any repairs. Honest business
Sales people were all very helpful.
