There has been many issues with my Jeep. It has been in the shop 4 times now for the same issues and as always they keep telling us there is nothing wrong. So I have reach out to Chrysler and now they are involved in getting things taken care of.

Horrible dealership, I bought a brand new vehicle and wanted upgrades in which we discussed in detailed and when I took it back to get them put in and they went the cheap way around it. They put Velcro Bluetooth in my car when we talked about handsfree bluetooth on the steering wheel, then when I complained when I picked up my vehicle they told me that they only do after market upgrades. Horrible experience!! I was up front and told them what I was willing to spend and on a monthly payment. No downpayment ; trade in only. After 4 hours of negotiations, they finally gave me what I asked for from the beginning. However, after 11 business days the deal was still not final. I had the new vehicle but not all of the proper paperwork. A few days later, I was avdised the paperwork was ready and went to dealership.
