Bought a new dodge 3/4 ton diesel from them at the beginning of the 2018.....sale went great and the price was not horrible. Was happy until................... 1. The trade in had a garage door opener in it that was forgotten. The salesmen stated he was going to mail it back to apt. complex that my grandmother lived (grandmother passed away and we were cleaning up the estate). I had a great experience buying my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Our salesman, RJ, meet us the first day while we were doing some prelim looking and was great. No pressure and listened to what we needed to do. We were able to come back and let him know that we were interested and after a stop at the bank we were off to purchase our new Jeep. They worked great with our Credit Union so it was simple and easy and the dealing was straight forward. I got a great vehicle for a great price! Thank you RJ for a great experience!

The whole car buying experience was a good! No pressure I felt like the staff really did their best to get me in a good vehicle.
My wife and I received a scratch off in the mail from Eddys today. On the scratch off if you get two of the symbols in a row you supposedly win a free TV. Long story short, we had two matching symbols and my wife took the scratch off up to the dealer to claim our prize and my wife was told that the authorization code on the scratch off has to match the dealer authorization code and we did not win. This is an awful way to bait people into coming into the dealership and a very poor business practice. I can only imagine how the... read more

They flat out lied to me. Pulled my credit when I didn’t authorize it. Then said they were working on a deal I wanted and when I questioned them about it told me to go to Nissan. Brad Mason is a damn liar. I’ll never ever step foot on their car lot again.
Very disappointed. Had a car picked out for my son and was going to pick it up on a Monday. They sold it the day before right after we soon hands with one of the salesmen that Sunday.

Had a great experience. We bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Our salesman Monte was excellent. Our two finance guy's we're Andrew and Matt. They to were excellent. Our first meeting I told them straight out we were just looking. I was never pressured and was treated professionally. 2 months later we came back and bought our Jeep. The whole team was just as professional not knowing if we we're buying this time or not. I am in customer service so it was really nice to be treated this well.

Thoroughly inspect a used vehicle and fix the things that are wrong with it before putting it out on the lot for sale. And when you say you are going to fix those things for the customer, honor that and do it in a timely manner instead of taking two weeks to get it done.
