When the vehicle we purchased from them started having problems(shortly after driving it off the lot) we took it into thier shop for diagnosis. Once we had the funds to repair the minor problems thier mechanic diagnosed we got the work done. It didn't solve the operational issues so we repeated this cycle several times before taking it too a legitimate mechanic who diagnosed a blown head gasket. $3000 warranty doesn't cover gaskets and seals. Took new Jeep in for some warranty issues (didn’t buy there, but 4 months earlier bought new truck from them) service department said wouldn’t be able to take care of issues. Of course I made a little noise then all of a sudden they can. Tell me to give them a little bit and work with dealership we bought from. Called a month later the service tech who had helped me quit, and no parts were ordered and no one knew anything. Filed a complaint with Jeep.

This place is an absolute joke of a business. They called us like ten times wanting us to bring our car back in to trade up because they wanted our car back and they had the best end of year sales and could get us what we wanted for the same payment. So we drove the 2 hours up there and it took them 2 hours just to find a vehicle that would suit us and then they come back with a payment that was $300 more then what we was already paying. had great experience getting a car but these people are scammers made a deal with me I had the car for 1 month made a payment and then they changed the deal after sale was made a month ago
