Be weary of Eddys. All their dealerships have lost my business. We were interested in a spit fire orange trailhawk they pretended to have one and it was "going to be shipped to us" it was all a hoax. The finance papers were falsified, the interest rate they gave us was fake, the msrp and sales tax was fake. They left the vin and color blank. Their tactics are shady and I caught onto it the next day. Buying my car wasn’t so bad and I haven’t had a problem with it. What I have a problem with is how pushy the staff is! They harass me to trade my car in every couple months trying to BS me about what a great deal they can offer me even after I tell them I’m not interested and to take me off their calling list. I’ve blocked their number and they just call from a different one. They send me the same crap in the mail too. Purchased a 2015 Chevy Crew cab z71. Jose, my salesman was a good man to work with. They were real and honest and didn't promise me the world if they couldn't follow through with it. Definitely appreciate the experience after a bad one with Parks Motors months prior.

Most dishonest people I have ever had to deal with. Talked to a salesman this morning about a car got all the info I was looking for. He asked for my phone number I gave it to him and his sales manager calls me 10 minutes later to tell me the car was sold and he kept trying to sell me a car 5-8k more than I was wanting to spend. Later in the day I check to see if the car was there thinking it was odd the car was sold in 10 minutes and was told by 2 different people I spoke to the car was still there and not sold. Very very unprofessional when I purchased my truck check engine light was on and then it would turn off in the center for my tire I was told by self person that they will have a check when I receive my truck though a check engine light was not on and then it came back on so I told him again I withhold bring it in whenIt would they are finally ran the test and that was about it I would put by the general manager but it would not be fixed you that they make no money off on my deal it’s took me approximately over a month ... read more

First time ever here and wont be back. Took my car in at 7am for service and im not getting to pick it up until 5:30pm. I had my warranty faxed over and they hadn’t even checked on it until I walked in the store an hour later to see whats going on since they weren’t calling me to tell me any update on my car. Left in tears. Horrible service experience. Charged for tire rotation and balance but it was not done. The excuse was “We get a lot of vehicles in. We just forgot.” I was offered an oil change for my troubles of having to bring it back in to have the work done I was charged for, only to have that changed to “we’ll top off your gas tank.” Which was full already. Very unprofessional shop. Will not go back.
