I am sure this review will get me nowhere and nowhere in a hurry, but after being hounded twice today by sales people's at a Brandon Steven owned lot I decided to take to Facebook and post all my complaints over the last 16 months. In May of 2017 I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Eddy's Chevy Cadillac the process took way to long so long to the point I was signing the financing paperwork at 930pm and didn't leave the lot until 1015pm. Will never buy a vehicle from here again. We have bought maybe 5 new vehicles in the past 6 years from here but this last February was our last. Our paperwork got all screwed up, and nobody would call us back so we had to go up there 4 times to get it settled. My husband took his truck to get serviced today and they stripped his locking lug nuts on TWO tires and said it was “our fault” and we had to pay $140 to fix it or leave. Well for starters they can stop evading me. All they care about is selling a car and not about customer satisfaction. I would never buy a car from them, or recommend them to anyone.

our first car deal went okay. Some miscommunication but we got it figured out. Fast forward a few months and we decided to trade in the old car and just put me on the loan. I called before hand since we live 2 hours away to make sure I was able to get the car in my name before wasting a trip. They said yes so we drove down there test drove the new car.
