I understand that Kimberly Martinez had or has her van there to be worked on. And that it is still being worked on. "For one more week". Be very aware gentlemen that i used to work for Stoneridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Northern CA. I am aware of how all of you function. And how you think. Hey Trish, I am sorry about your experiences, but rest assured we have sent this to the appropriate people for their review. Again, I apologize.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I let them run my credit into the ground to get approved, once approved I put down a payment and sales tax. I sent in the outstanding paperwork that I needed to send in. And they just came and took the car without notice, a month after I thought everything was final. They said that we owe a repo fee and are out of the sales tax and down payment. NOW MY CREDIT IS SHOT! OUT MONEY! and NO CAR!! And now NO WAY TO GET ONE!!!
