Well they said our patriot had ac, nope not even a compressor on the fkn car! It's horrible! Ran great for about a month! Been trying to get a call back but they refuse to call back. Still running credit checks when we have the damn car already! I will never recommend this place! They brought us the car to look at and then handed me papers said sign here and they left! No questions answered or nothing, just left! Hadn't heard from them since!

I brought in my RAM 2500 and everything was great. Keith Simpson kept me informed and was always professional. I have a Dodge dealership ten minutes from my house but I would rather drive an hour and take it to Eddys.

Worst Car buying experience I have ever had just like everyone on these reviews say they bs about everything and tell u all kinds of nice things to get u in and then start mixing up everything and making up stupid Excuses about all of it I had traded my truck in and they really don't care about there customers I ended up taking the new truck back and it was a hassle to just get my keys back to my own truck will NEVER purchase a vehicle from them and I will make sure to let everyone know about the experience!!

Khalid, one of the best ASM's at Eddy's! I always have great service. Overall a great team at the west side location!! I also think the shuttle drivers deserve a shout out, great guys to have take you where you need to go while your car is being serviced.

I went to the dealership and one of the main features I was looking for was Bluetooth, I use it all the time in my previous vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey and was told it had uconnect wireless Bluetooth...the car does not! I called Chrysler corporate because no one at the dealership would call me back about. The looked at my vin # and said my car should have it. I made an appointment at the dealership service department and when I got that was told I had to leave the car there.
