Sales department was awesome, did an excellent job getting me the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for. Could not ask for a better sales team.
Don't expect any further service from this Dealership once the vehicle purchase is complete. I received a safety recall notice by mail several weeks ago, went in to discuss it, and haven't heard anything back from the guy who promised to get back with me the next day, or from anyone else for that matter. This wouldn't be the first time this has happened. Believe me, you'll get the run around before you get anything else from this place!

Two hours to change oil and rotate tires. Scheduled two days in advance and informed them the tire sensor needed replaced. After 2 hours, all they did was changed the oil and rotated the tires. Tried to send me home without the sensor and wanted me to schedule another trip just for the sensor when they had it stock. Ridiculous!

3 days after buying my car, the engine light came on and there was about 2 grand of damage to the 2013 vehicle i bought. I asked to unwind the deal because i wasnt comfortable in the vehicle and i was told i was being dramatic, over reacting, and shit out of luck. Finally, i threatened them with a lawyer, better business bureau, and facebook reviews.. they finally let me out of the deal, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. worst ever.
So I guess it takes 2 hours to change out 6 spark plugs lol alright then I also guess your dumbass technicians think a tune up is only changing the spark plugs lol fucking idiots !
Just got a follow up call from coming in and looking at a car. Told the man I was not in a hurry to buy and he gave me a quote and hung up on me!! Wow that is some good customer service!!!
