I love my car but I will never shop here again. Worst car buying experience and even worse customer service. Just a bunch of pushy salesmen looking to screw people over. After you sign, they don't care about you anymore.

I am absolutely disgusted by Eddy's. My husband and I bought and test drove and fell in love with an F350. We bought it. Bring it home and withing weeks find out that there is over $2000 worth of repairs that need to be done. The worst part, IT WAS LIFE THREATENING ISSUES!! I HAD MY KIDS IN THE CAR EVERY DAY! If the part had completely broken while driving we would definitely crash and could injure or worse my entire family. This is my 3rd Dodge vehicle that my husband and I have purchased in last few years. All experiences were amazing.. except our recent purchase. We were promised that if we drove over 3 and half hours to trade in our 2014 Dodge Dart for a 2015 Dodge Darr that our payments were confirmed by the the bank so they said would be lower. Our payments were raised by $80.00!! I bought my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Saraha in 2013 with a Uconnect radio. Of course I wanted all the bells and whistles so they sold me the dvd monitors. (This was when it was Stevens Chrysler) I have had nothing but problems with my radio, Stevens replaced it once. Eddy's has replaced it twice. Now I had to take it in a 4th time and they are telling me the monitors were after market and that is the problem and there is nothing they can do fix it except charge me $399 at Precision Audio, really. We couldn't have had better car buying experience. From our salesman Juan to the Service Department they made sure everything was the way we wanted it. They helped us reduce our car payment which was our main goal without any pressure to buy a certain vehicle. Alexis did an amazing job putting me in a car, but the car has had three problems within the first week and a half. I feel as if they should be responsible for what is wrong with the car. Not only was I overcharged but the car is pretty much a lemon. I would not recommend any of their used vehicles! I will never go through them to get any car. You have to demand a car fax report to know if the car your looking at has been wrecked or not. Mine turned out to be wreck twice, and only worth $2500 and I'm paying $6826. NEVER BUY ... read more

I took it to Wichita Kansas where I purchased it to get what I thought would be warranty work done to it.
