This dealership is the worst I've ever dealt with. I wasn't going to give a review but after the second trip my car has had to the service center and all of the bs excuses that they are giving I'm beyond livid at this point. I bought my used car back in July 2014. The brakes weren't right on it so I took it in on three different occasions and each time we were told that nothing was wrong with them and that they glazed them again. Went there on a recall the service stole stuff out of my jeep when I called it was no big deal to them will never go there again
Absolutely horrible service ! When we purchased our vehicle, we noticed it pulled slightly to the right. We made sure it waa written in our contract that they would fix the issue, not just an alignment, that was causing the car to pull to the right. Took the car in, was told would only be 2 hours, got a rental from them and went on my way 4.5 hours later and no call. I'm not real happy with my first time buying experience with you guys. First you sell me a car that needed work, but I liked the vehicle which is a 2004 gmc envoy. I bought it because you guys promised to fixed the stereo speakers, whatever the reason the check engine light was on for, the head lights not working properly.
