When they were Mike Steven we got amazing service and bought a Dodge Durango. We are in the market to get a truck and like most people car shopping we've gone back and forth in deciding what we wanted. I started talking to a salesman last week and he was very good at getting back with me. WARNING! These reviews on here are compete garbage. We got employees posting 5 star reviews for other employees.
All I can say is wow. Your customer service in the service center sucks. You guys kiss ass to sell somebody a car, but when something goes wrong, it isn't a manufacturer issue all of a sudden. Here is my story. Two years ago I bought a 2011 Dodge Durango Hemi Crew. It is a metallic tan or gold type color. This car stays in the garage most nights, and only really sits in a parking lot when I'm at work or school. Some tree sap got onto the vehicle, and ate through the clear coat.
