Customer service is a joke. All they tell you is they will pass along your information to the GM when there is a problem, who is never there. They don't take responsibility for their wrongs, they try and throw it back on you. They sold us a car. Put the wrong vin number on the paper work. After several phone calls, and them taking their sweet time getting back to us, we went to the dealership to get it fixed. They said they would handle the new registration, and gave us a 90 day tag. Sales side was good. Finance was complete garbage. They didn't set up the automatic payment like they said they would. Thanks to them I had late payments And it hurt my credit score.

Update: Dave the service manager was very helpful. He has resolved our issue. Thank you for the speedy response, and good customer service. My wife has been trying to get her Jeep in for warranty service for the past 2 weeks. They have been unable to provide here with a loaner vehicle.

Can you believe they sold a used 2012 Chev. Cruise without supplying a remote control for the doors & trunk & then wanted to charge $200 to get one; when it should have been with the car to begin with. Finally agreed to lesser amount, but failed to order it 2 times & the 3rd time back to try to get it, was told that the person that promised it was no longer employed there, there was no record that they would order it.

Updated: Service manager David did right by us and made up for the issues mentioned. I suggest if you have an issue with the Service Dept. Speak to David. He is good people and did right by us. Thank you David! sales guy ART was horribly rude to me, then tried to bribe me with a free tank of gas if I gave him a good score. Didn't happen. Service guy lied to me about a needed service on my jeep and PRETENDED to sign my maintenance manual. Additionally, they put higher priced oil in my car without asking.
