Purchased the car with Will.He was transparent and efficient. Even came in on his day off. I then went back a week later for tinting, Tyler and Clayton in the service department are so kind. Just know its a great dealership! The only thing is when I called for insurance, they told me my car was an EX-T and not an EX-L so it seemed to have been listed wrong. Aside from that, which wasn't a big deal at all, my entire experience was great.

The Ed Martin Acura salesperson didn’t seem really to really care to have our business. The salespeople were a bit disorganized. They couldn’t find keys to one car, couldn’t find another car. I’ve tried this dealership before, but more than likely again.

Aaron was exceptional. I received excellent service! They stayed late to finalize my financing and several days later we took it in for a deep cleaning and fill up. I highly recommend Aaron and this dealership.

I was contacted by a sales representative and a manager. Both were very nice...….professional and helpful. Only drawback was that they did not lower the price on the car I was interested in soon enough.

We were contacted by email and after carefully going over we decided not go forward with this vehicle. The dealer was not pushy at all and left it at that. Was pleased overall!
Will did a great job of responding to our questions. He is very professional. We drove 5 hours to by a TLX from him.
I found the GMC Acadia I was looking for at Ed Martin. It was very competitively priced. The staff was super friendly and well knowleged. I was extremely happy when I picked the vehicle up and it had been detailed and cleaned inside and out. For a 2012, it looked like a brand new truck! I would definitely go back to this dealership for any future purchases. Thank you, Audrey, for making it so easy and such a positive experience!!!
