They did a great job. They tried everything that they could to make that car attractive enough to buy. I just couldn't pull the trigger on that color.

I made a 4 hour trip to the dealership after agreeing to a preliminary price on a car. When I got there, the car was a different trim than what was advertised. The sales manager lowered the price a bit after apologizing but after a few more minutes of thinking on it, I decided the new lower offer wasn't enough and decided to leave. The vin decoded as an Autobahn but it is actually a 2.0T SE. The description was the accurate equipment but down at the bottom list power seat which it doesn’t have. We changed it to the right model and added to the description that it was vin decoding inaccurate and to verify equipment. Our GM offered you $500 discount off of the internet price to get you where the error was found ourSales Manager offered $500 off so you were getting $1000 off of the internet price so we are not sure where you came up with the $300 higher.I... read more
