One of the worst buying experiences I've ever had buying a used vehicle. Salesperson was not qualified to selling vehicles and was VERY unprofessional. Listed price was different than internet price salesperson sold me on a price then went back on her word. As I began to walk out she said she would pay the difference Don't buy used Fords from Ed.

I worked with Shiloh and the experience was great. There was an issue with the windshield as we were doing the inspection of the vehicle and it is going to be taken care of as part of the sale. I would go back to Ed Martin Acura to purchase another vehicle.
The car was listed, then it was sold on Saturday, but CarGurus was not updated as if Monday. I called and left a message on the weekend and then called on Monday first thing. No one was available to talk to me because they were in a sales meeting. Seems odd to me. It seems that the customer follow-ups would be more important that a sales meeting, Found a car elsewhere. Oh, I did get a call afternoon that Monday.

Was contacted by Shiloh who went out of his way, looked at a 2008 but they wanted too much for it, & w was told the 2011 wasn't available to look at, someone else was test driving. But apparently it didn't sell, wanted to buy the 2011, but NOT willing to drive almost 2 hrs again.
