Cocky + unprepared + insulting = Stay away Horrible experience from the time the lady called me and didn't want to negotiate a few dollars. Then told me - "You get what you pay for." Really, is this considered professionalism or a sales tactic - not sure you decide.

Very helpful. The vehicle I was interested in was not for sale. The lady tried very hard to see if something else was available.
Dealer responded quick. Once in the lot, they allowed me to drive the vehicle and take all the time I needed/wanted to check out the car. Once I decided, negotiations were great and deal was good, paperwork was quick.
