Quick to respond. not pushy, but followed up several times. Very courteous.
Excellent customer service. I didn't eventually buy the Ford Edge 2011 because I changed my mind and opted for Mazda C-X9 2012. Everyone was nice and very patient with me. I will recommend them over and over again. Nice job.

Worst experience ever. Was in the shop for a week and a half. No reason revealed. They called to let me know it would finally be there last Saturday. I made a special trip and it wasn't there. In the 2weeks I've pursued this car they RAISED the price 2000! Unbelieveable

My experience was very positive in all aspects from start to finish. The salesperson reached out to me before I arrived. They had the vehicle waiting for me. After driving it, I asked to look under the vehicle. The service manager put the vehicle on a lift and let me go at it. I found one significant issue. That issue was addressed at an additional cost.
