I had a conflict for the first scheduled service and they accommodated a change easily. Service guy called ahead of time to confirm I was home and showed up right on time. I was sent a video after the initial contact that showed a clear cover being placed over each vent connected to a vacuum. The cover had a hole in it that allowed a hose of compressed air to be run down the duct, blowing out air to clean the surface of the ducts. The crew was early and finished in one hour, I was very happy with their work and the carpets look great.
They did show up a little late, but the driver called to let me know that he got caught up in traffic on I-40. My carpets look GREAT! I plan to use them again and am very satisfied with their service.

Professional and polite and did an amazing job quickly and pleasantly surprised about the bill if you need your home serviced these are the guys to hire
The fellow came 15 minutes early, but that is ok. He was friendly & polite. Can't really say how clean the ducts are because the glass that is suppose to fit over the vents showing the dirt didn't fit.
