I am very happy with the cleansing result. The person gave me a call in advance, showed up on time, and wore shoe covers in my apartment. The cleaning part only took 20 minutes as my bedroom is quite small. The guy also left me a full bottle of carpet stain remover for free!
Very professional, did own follow up after treatment
Showed up early but called first. At planned request they stretched the carpet where needed before cleaning. All in all a well done job.

Eco-Clean did a great job cleaning and Scotchgarding my carpets. The carpets look and smell very nice after the cleaning. The price for carpet cleaning and Scotchgarding was very reasonable. I also paid for deep cleaning and sealing of tile and grout in my bathroom, kitchen, dinette area, small hallway and laundry room. I doubt whether the tile or grout had ever been thoroughly cleaned in this 22-year-old house before my arrival. The price for the tile/grout service seemed rather steep. Old Marble Floor and it did not regain the shine we wanted but they did the best they could due to age of floor.
the service tech was very polite, explained what the rate would be before he started and i was absolutely amazed at the speed of the carpet cleaning and the quality of the service...
Very nice people to deal with gave a 4 only because the rugs are wavy along the edges
