THEY RESPONDED THE NEXT DAY AND THAT WAS GREAT AS I DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT. VERY EFFICIENT. VERY HELPFUL ON HOW TO GET OUT SOME PROBLEM STAINS I HAD. COURTEOUS STAFF. DID THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND HAVE ALREADY. WILL USE THEM AGAIN. MY CARPETS LOOKED BETTER AND THEY WERE PRETTY BAD AS I HAVE A LITTLE DOG AND THEY HAD SOME STAINS FROM HER ON THERE. They did an excellent job. They were very polite, professional and friendly. We have small children and a dog. As a result our carpets were in terrible shape but, after they got done cleaning it you'd never know that it had looked the way it had. There were a few spots that didn't come out but that's to be expected with red kool-aid and blue power-aide that had been sitting in the carpet for some time.
