they were great - Jabraun was the service person, he found a problem with our dryer vent and helped us fix it for not extra charge Janie in the office was very helpful. Jabraun was great

I hired them to do duct and carpet cleaning. I live in another state and they kept me apprised every step of the way during the process. They were professional and the person I had checking on my home said they did a wonderful job.
Review by Joe and Eve G. Project: Cleaning Air Ducts of our heating/air unit. I was quite impressed in the professional manner that Kevin performed the job . He cleaned the ducts, the unit , and removed the Aprilaire Air Cleaner and cleaned it well. We are very satisfied with this service and even told my daughter about it so she can have it done also. I will refer this company to my friends too. We plan on using them again as well when needed.
Most reviews here are about carpet cleaning. Maybe Eco-Clean is good in this service though it’s a dishonest company with a poor quality management and an unpleasant attitude. My own experience is re: duct cleaning. I am absolutely unsatisfied with Eco-Clean’s service from many points of view. The service was initially scheduled for 8:00 am, and as such I made plans for the day considering I will leave home at 9:00 am or so. Just to set a few facts straight. The customer did schedule the appointment at 8am online through Home Advisor even though our hours listed on Home Advisor state we do not start until nine and once we contacted the customer after receiving the lead we informed him of this. Upon arriving at the customers location we did the duct cleaning service but there were issues with the ducts in the apartment ductwork.
