Very professional and knowledgable
Very professional workers and explained everything well. Took pictures on his phone to show us the problems he found. Wood hire then again. Great job.
He called 15 minutes before arrival, was on time and very nice. This was a messy job. Only negative is measuring the size of room- I do not believe was correct he did measure twice and came up with 2 different sizes and since we built the room and installed the tile to be cleaned we believe that was incorrect - but was in a desperate time constraint and he was already there - but it got cleaned nicely.

They do not use chemicals. They are also prompt, efficient and thorough.

They did a fine job of cleaning the carpet. My original time and date scheduled thru Home Advisor had to be rescheduled. My main frustration is that they were over 2 hours late. I had to call three times to see what the delay was. They only called me one time...after I had called them twice.....to tell me they were still delayed. It was a very frustrating experience as I had out of town guests.
