I have used Eco-Clean Carpet Solutions to clean my carpet in my home for many years. They have also cleaned my upholstery on my living room couch, chair and recliner. They have always done a awesome and fabulous job each and every time I have used them for cleaning my carpet and for cleaning my upholstery on my living room couch, chair and recliner. Wow. What a great job Barry did! Great customer service. He also made sure we understood about the eco cleaning agents they used and shared where we might buy additional deodorizer if we needed it. The cat smell is gone from the vents! Barry s clean up was perfect. Also Michele in the office responded to me even while on holiday at Christmas. Truly the customer came first. Definitely will use them for carpet, upholstry, and tile cleaning again! Well done.

My service was very professionally scheduled, processed, and charged. I was happy so far with the results and the charges for the service. They also were able to make the service call with short notice. I may be able to get them to do other things other than dryer vent cleaning in the near future.

Everyone in the company was great.
The service technician arrived a bit prior the scheduled time.He promptly completed cleaning of the dryer vent and returned the dryer and washer to their original positions. Evan's communication skills were very good - almost as impressive as his agility to get behind the washer and dryer. I liked the payment process.
Barry did a great job, very thorough and consciousness. Enjoyed getting to know him. Thanks.
