As always we want our clients to be happy with the service. Durning our follow up call after the service we were told that everything was fine so we are surprised to see this review. I do recall you had an odor in the duct work system of the home. We offered to come back out if the first fogging treatment of the system with microban did not take care of the problem totally and we told Mrs P. to please let us know. The person who cleaned my vents left black fingerprints on the ceiling around most of the heat ducts. He didn't have a ladder to reach the dryer outside vent, so I let him use mine. He left it standing against the outside of my house instead of putting it away when he was finished. In addition, the dryer vent was left with a bend of about 120-130 degrees in it, not good for airflow. When my wife used it, we discovered that he ha broken it and dryer lint was flying all over the laundry room.
Pleasant and efficient
The wool rung I had cleaned by Eco Clean came back with stains on the rug. Happy with the other rugs but not so much with the rug they took to clean.
Business response:
Wool and other natural fibers can be tough to deal with when it comes to certain stains. We cannot be as aggressive with a natural fiber like we can with synthetic wall to wall carpet due to the chance of color loss. Many potent spotters cannot be used on wool so we strive to do the best we can without causing more damage.
They did a good job. It was difficult getting them to follow up on some of our questions.
