We had our dryer vent cleaned and are considering having them clean our carpets, too.
They showed up on time, were fast and efficient. They moved needed furniture and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable.
They are extremely professional and courteous. They got right to work, did a fine job, and the only way we would know they were here is the clean carpeting! For old, pet-treated carpeting, the 2 rooms look excellent.

I've never used a service like this so I had nothing to compare it to the cost. I chose ecoclean because they use environmentally safe products. They did a great job and I will use them again.

I had my ducts cleaned out. He was on time, professional, friendly, and explained the process. My reasoning for the low score is because I do not think that it made a difference. I saw that he pulled out several items that had fallen down in the ducts, but the amount of dust in the house is the same as it was before. I was really hoping that it would extend the number of days that dust would stay off surfaces in the house. However, dust reappears every couple of days!
