Alex with Eaton inspections did a fantastic job of helping my husband and I with the home buying process. He explains things so that I could understand and was happy to have us tag along during the inspection. We have used him several times and were very happy with the results.

On Thursday, July 6, 2017, I met with Inspector Alex L******** at the property my wife and I are looking at purchasing in the Hebron Kentucky area. Mr. L******** invited me to walk with him during the 3 1/2 hour inspection - which I did. He was very detailed in his inspection of each area's of the house. He was very professional, and openly explained any concerns that I had questions about. He is a real asset to your company and I would hope that he would be available if We ever needed his services again.

Alex inspected a house that my parents were looking to purchase. I met him for the inspection and he didn't mind me following him around at all. He was happy to show me areas of concern and explain them in detail. He was there on time and very professional and thorough. He communicated well throughout the whole process. His inspection was very detailed and contained pictures outlining any issues. Thanks to his inspection, we had the seller fix a couple of issues and they lowered the price. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex. He was very knowledgeable with our home inspection. He was happy to answer all my questions and answered them at my level. He never came off as condescending. I liked how he talked to me instead of down at me. He was professional and personable. He offered us the thermal inspection which I recommend everyone get. I used Alex approximately seven years ago to do my home inspection. He is first class. He arrived on time and was very, very thorough (it was raining that day and that didn't impede the full inspection). In the end, Alex saved me a lot of money by sharing with me some repairs that were needed. I can't say enough...Mr. L********/ Eaton Inspections is worth the money. He knows his stuff.
