On Thursday, July 6, 2017, I met with Inspector Alex L******** at the property my wife and I are looking at purchasing in the Hebron Kentucky area. Mr. L******** invited me to walk with him during the 3 1/2 hour inspection - which I did. He was very detailed in his inspection of each area's of the house. He was very professional, and openly explained any concerns that I had questions about. He is a real asset to your company and I would hope that he would be available if We ever needed his services again.
Alex inspected a house that my parents were looking to purchase. I met him for the inspection and he didn't mind me following him around at all. He was happy to show me areas of concern and explain them in detail. He was there on time and very professional and thorough. He communicated well throughout the whole process. His inspection was very detailed and contained pictures outlining any issues. Thanks to his inspection, we had the seller fix a couple of issues and they lowered the price. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex. He was very knowledgeable with our home inspection. He was happy to answer all my questions and answered them at my level. He never came off as condescending. This is the second time I've used Eaton Inspections and I can't say enough about how thorough and detailed Alex L******** is in his inspections. If there is an issue with a home he will find it and explain it to you with visuals and language you will understand. His inspections are not the usual hour in and out. He takes as much time as needed with each inspection. My last inspection he spent 5 hours. I highly recommend Eaton Inspections.
