Alex was great. He was flexible and worked hard to carve out a time for the inspection and to cover what he saw. He was extremely thorough in answering all of my questions and was overall a pleasure to work with. Because of his thoroughness, both in finding areas of concern but also in explaining their implications, I dodged a bullet! I plan on using him for the next inspection.

Eaton Inspections did a great job for me. I had an inspection done on a property that I am purchasing and Alex did a wonderful job. He checked everything and did a very thorough inspection. I would recommend this company to anyone needing this service!

Alex has done two of my home inspections now. He is very detailed in his findings and makes the process of home inspection easy! His reports come back in a timely manner with a detailed explanation of findings and suggestions. Highly recommend him for every home buyer! Well worth the money!

Eaton was timely, professional, and willing to work with the circumstances. He was able to arrive the same day as I called and was able to sign the contract virtually while I was unable to do so in person due to work. He is knowledgeable and thorough.

Really appreciated Alex's input and being prompt quotes and responses. I spoke with him and in 48 hours had a written report for our first house purchase. Very professional. His report was very easy to comprehend as well. Would recommend.

Alex is great. He is super professional and accommodates easily. This will be the third time we have used him in my family and have always been thoroughly impressed with him, his services, and his findings. I can't imagine using any other inspector for my home or anyone else's home in our family. He puts in a lot of time and effort in showing and explaining anything that comes up or questions that we have. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!

Alex is thorough, knowledgeable, personable and a great educator. Recommended by my home inspector, his report was detailed and included pictures to explain his findings. Beyond that, he indicated the importance of his findings and gave advice for present day as well as what will be required for future service of this septic system. I recommend him highly.
