Alex is a tremendous asset to a home-buyer. He is thorough, detailed, and very knowledgeable. He was patient and kind with me as we worked from a distance (partly because of pandemic guidelines). Alex did a great job! He inspected two houses for us, and was very thorough in both. He did a great job explaining every detail he took note of, and I left both houses with a strong understanding of what issues required immediate attention, and what issues could be fixed in the future. I’m a first-time homebuyer, so I’m not sure how he compares to other inspectors, but he was great. A little pricier than other inspectors I called, but well worth the price.
Alex conducted an inspection that met and exceeded my expectations. He explained everything and would answer any dumb question I had about the new home. A very thorough inspection and worth the price!
